Booking & Cancelation Policy
We understand that life happens, and sometimes plans need to change. To be fair to both our clients and our team, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules.
- Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged the 100% appointment price.
To ensure your booking is secured, new clients may be required to pay a deposit, which will be applied to your final service cost due to Terms & Conditions. This helps us provide the best availability for all our clients.
