Terms & Conditions

Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings, appointments, and services provided by or on behalf of Kobido Amsterdam. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms. Any deviations from these terms must be explicitly agreed upon in writing.

Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in euros and include VAT.
  • Payment for services must be made in full at the time of booking or appointment unless otherwise agreed.
  • New clients are required to make a 100% prepayment within 24 hours of receiving the payment link to confirm their booking.
  • Accepted payment methods: Credit Card, Debit Card, money transfer link or QR code, Tikkie, Revolut, Cash.
  • Late payments will incur restrictions on future bookings.

     

Booking & Cancellation Policy

To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, please take note of our booking and cancellation policy:

  • Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of an appointment are subject to a 100% cancellation fee, including same-day cancellations and no-shows.
  • Refunds are available for cancellations and prepayments made more than 24 hours before the appointment.
  • The cancellation fee must be settled before making any future bookings.
  • By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms.

     

Health & Safety Disclaimer

  • Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities before the session.
  • Treatments provided by Kobido Amsterdam are for relaxation and cosmetic purposes only and are not a substitute for medical advice or treatment.
  • Kobido Amsterdam is not liable for any adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions or failure to follow aftercare advice.

     

Right to Refuse Service

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to any client for reasons including but not limited to hygiene concerns, contraindications, inappropriate behavior, or failure to comply with our policies.

 

Gift Vouchers

  • Gift vouchers are valid for six months from the date of purchase and must be used before the expiration date.
  • Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.

Punctual Policy

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened accordingly, but the full fee will still apply.
  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment, and a cancellation fee will apply.

     

Complaints & Disputes

  • If you have any concerns about your treatment, please inform us as soon as possible so we can address them appropriately.
  • Complaints should be reported within one month of the service for a timely resolution.
  • Liability for any damages is limited to direct losses and capped at the amount covered by our liability insurance.

     

Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, power outages, pandemics), Kobido Amsterdam is not liable for any resulting inability to provide services. If such a situation persists for more than 30 days, either party may cancel the agreement.

Privacy & Data Protection

  • Any personal data collected during booking (such as contact details and medical disclosures) is stored securely and used only for the purpose of providing services.
  • We comply with GDPR regulations to ensure the protection of your data.

Final Provisions

  • Dutch law governs these terms.
  • Any disputes will be settled in the jurisdiction where Kobido Amsterdam is established.
  • Changes to these Terms & Conditions may be made at any time, with major amendments communicated in advance.
